Ulster Uni Business School The Business of Possibility

JComms managed all aspects of the podcast and its production, including coming up with the name, sourcing a presenter/host, producing assets such the logo identity, album cover and promotional video. We recorded and edited seven episodes of the podcast in audio and video form utilising both Zoom and RiversideFM technologies for use across a range of channels including the university’s website, social media channels and YouTube. We also established the podcast on 16 podcast platforms, including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Stitcher, RSS, TuneIn and Alexa.

Subjects in season one focused on Leadership in a Virtual WorldAdapting skills in a changing environment and Women in Leadership.

After the success of the first season and with virtual content becoming increasingly the norm in 2021, Ulster University Business School commissioned the second series (season 2). This season focused on subjects such as Building a Highly Skilled Workforce for Economic RecoveryPlanning for a more resilient future and Championing Female Entrepreneurs.

A brand new third season has been launched in 2022 with the return of face-to-face recording enabling even better quality video and audio. The first episode in the series was recorded at Ulster University’s new state-of-the-art Belfast campus and included a live audience. JComms were able to record this with high quality 8K cameras, and with AV for handheld microphones for each guest and audience question.
