We’ve all heard the maxim about a well-handled crisis enhancing a reputation. We make that happen. Our clients have included an airline, a bank and a number of heavy manufacturers, so potential crises are never far away. We create crisis communications plans and we take immediate control of a crisis situation to prevent it deepening. During a client’s crisis, our understanding of the media, influencers, internal relations, and social media is more valuable than ever.
We employ specialist public affairs expertise which is utilised by a wide range of major names in the public and private sectors including SBM Offshore, Boots, CCEA, and Norbrook. We focus on building and managing long-term stakeholder relationships that are based on trust. We help clients navigate institutional relationships, engage constructively in policy discussions, and build meaningful partnerships.
Northern Ireland’s two leading property portals planned to merge in an important deal that would provide customers with the best of both. JComms was hired by the owners of the portals to help manage the communications around the deal. The key objective was to ensure it was properly understood and to provide the foundation for the deal to be a success for both portals and the market as a whole.
