Role overview
We’re looking for an experienced and creative PR Consultant to join our talented team. You’ll work with a portfolio of clients, including some of the best-known companies and brands in Northern Ireland and beyond, developing and delivering communications activity that makes an impact. From media relations and content creation to social media and event management, you’ll be at the heart of bringing client stories and messages to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing creative PR activity and campaigns for a range of clients.
- Building and maintaining strong media relationships, securing high-quality, targeted coverage.
- Researching, writing, editing and issuing press releases
- Organising and managing interviews and other media opportunities
- Planning and organising creative photography
- Planning, managing and attending media events and other events potentially including awards schemes
- Monitoring, collating and informing clients of relevant news and media coverage
- Collaborating with photographers, videographers and other professionals on shoots and campaigns
- Advising on content and social media and implementing social media activity as required
- Supporting the organisation of a range of events
- Other ad hoc duties
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- 2+ years’ experience in a PR / communications environment, or journalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to generate media coverage.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Creativity and the ability to develop compelling campaign ideas.
- Confidence working with clients and stakeholders.
Desirable:
- Experience in digital PR and social media management.
- Agency experience
- Degree (or equivalent qualification) in a PR or marketing discipline OR any degree (or equivalent qualification) plus a postgraduate qualification in a PR or marketing discipline
- Knowledge of video production or event management.
- CIPR membership or willingness to work towards it.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and creative Junior PR Consultant to join our talented team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their PR career, or with some relevant experience, to gain hands-on experience working with a range of exciting clients.
You’ll support colleagues in delivering communications activity that makes an impact — from helping draft press releases and researching media opportunities to assisting at events and creating engaging content for social media. You’ll be eager to learn, proactive in your approach, and ready to contribute to high-profile campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the development and delivery of PR activity and campaigns.
- Supporting in building and maintaining strong media relationships.
- Researching, drafting, and proofreading press releases and media materials.
- Assisting in organising interviews, photography, and media opportunities.
- Helping plan and deliver media events and other client events.
- Monitoring and collating media coverage and industry news for clients.
- Supporting social media content creation and scheduling.
- Liaising with photographers, videographers, and other suppliers.
- Providing administrative and project support to the team.
- Carrying out other ad hoc tasks to support client work.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take on feedback.
- Enthusiasm for PR, media, and storytelling.
- Knowledge of media and social media platforms.
Desirable:
- 6+ months’ experience in a PR, communications, marketing, or journalism role — or relevant work placement/internship experience.
- Experience with social media content creation and scheduling tools.
- Degree (or equivalent qualification) in PR, communications, marketing, or journalism.
- Knowledge of video production or event management.
- CIPR membership or willingness to work towards it.
